Bratislava, Slovakia

 Bratislava is the only capital in the world that borders two countries, Austria and Hungary.

The two most important medieval trade routes intersected here: 

the Amber and the Danube. The city's origins date back to 

Roman times. From 1536, the main coronation city of Hungarian

 rulers, after World War I inhabited mainly by Germans and 

Hungarians, in 1939-45 dependent on the Third Reich, after 

World War II, the capital of Slovakia, which was part of 

Czechoslovakia, and from 1993 the capital of independent 

Slovakia. Due to these vicissitudes of fate, there are 14 

historical names of the city.



The beautiful Gothic cathedral served as a place of coronation 

for 300 years. Nearby there is a castle hill with a park complex.

 Perfect for autumn walks. Another tourist attraction is Cumil, 

a monument to a sewer worker, which is not supposed to 

symbolize anything. The town is neat and clean. It looks 

beautiful in winter with Christmas markets on every corner. 

Narrow streets lead to mysterious nooks and crannies. You 

must try their delicacies, especially these dumplings.



The city has a very touristic but also artistic atmosphere. It is 

not monumental, but rather mysterious. Picturesque and 

inviting for walks.

Rouen, France

 Rouen is a city in Normandy, France, dating back to ancient times.

A Gallic stronghold, then a Roman city, and from 260 a bishopric.

 An important center of wine trade and export. In 1431, the place

 where Joan of Arc was burned at the stake. It is a small and very

 picturesque town. Very well-preserved historic tenement houses

 and churches delight and take you back in time. A walk through 

the narrow streets gives you a taste of the Middle Ages. It is therefore not surprising that Rouen so captivated the impressionists, for whom emotions and mood were the most important. The beautiful play of light, unique to this part of France, touches some inner strings. It inspires melancholy and contemplation, admiration for the beauty of the world. Great architecture is not only the cathedral but also smaller churches scattered on the outskirts of the city. Intricate decorations, sculptures and shapes. For me it's the perfect gothic style. Light and soaring. Surrounded by greenery and dense gardens. It takes you to a land of peace and recharges your batteries.



The most famous monument here is the Gothic Notre Dame 

cathedral, immortalized in a series of paintings by Claude 

Monet. There are also three other historic churches and they 

are all beautiful. I was most enchanted by the one located on 

the edge of the city and surrounded by a park. It makes an 

amazing impression. It has a mystery to it. The cathedral, 

however, makes a spectacular impression. It is monumental 

and very well exposed. It is near her that the famous pyre of 

Joan of Arc will be burned. The place is marked with a

 commemorative plaque recalling the history of this famous 

rebel. This is where battles took place, legends were created 

and the life of Europe at that time was vibrant.

 


The entire town in the center is well-preserved in medieval 

style. Very narrow streets, small tenement houses and 

restaurants create a unique atmosphere. This is hard to find in

 Paris. Here you will find those typical French small cafes with

 round tables on the sidewalk. This is a completely different 

France. Peaceful and beautiful, magical. With history and 

Celtic influences visible at every step.

York - White Rose

 York is a city in northern England.

This area bears traces of human presence from prehistory. 

In the 1st century, the area was inhabited by Celtic tribes, who 

were then driven out by the Romans. As the main Roman military

 base, it was called Eboracum. In 211, Emperor Septimius 

Severus died here, and Constantine I the Great was proclaimed 

emperor by his troops in 306. In 866, the Viking army captured 

the city and ruled it for almost 100 years. The symbol of the city 

is a white rose from the coat of arms of the Yorks, who took part

 in the Wars of the Roses against the Lancasters, who had a 

red rose in their coat of arms. It was from this war that J.R.R. 

 Martin got the ideas for the A Song of Ice and Fire saga.  It was

 the union of both roses that created the Tudor dynasty, which 

had a red and white rose in its coat of arms. 

 York Minster towers over the city, next to Cologne Cathedral, 

the largest in Europe. It was built on the site of a Norman 

building. It is monumental and extremely openwork, with two 

huge towers and a historic stained glass window. The entire 

city center is a beautiful gem. 

Etretat, France

 Etretat is a town in Normandy, France.

Fabulously situated in a bay between cliffs. It reminds me a lot of

 Sopot. It has a beautiful pebbly beach and paths where you can

 walk freely along the rocky peaks. At the top of the hill, on the 

right, there is a tiny church that looks Gothic or even 

Romanesque. You can enter the beach gently or down steps 

cut into the rock and usually without handrails. At the bottom 

you can find caves carved out by the rough waves. Like secret

 passages in books about castles on the rocks.

 



I expected an idyll, but I got mountain climbing and it was 

worth it. The views are breathtaking. Of course, I wouldn't be 

myself if I didn't take photos from the precipice. I walked there 

on a foot-wide path. Only when I had overcome it for the 5th 

time did I realize that losing my balance in such a position 

would result in a spectacular end. But the photos and 

impressions are priceless.

 



There is a golf course right next to the cliff, which is incredibly 

impressive. The town itself is quiet and picturesque. The food 

is fresh and delicious. It tastes like the sea. It's the most 

wonderful place to walk. In the sun, the water has an amazing 

color thanks to the rocky shores. After all these years, I still 

remember that shade and the smell of salty air. 

Gdańsk, Sopot and Gdynia

 

Gdańsk, Sopot and Gdynia are one whole for me. If I'm going to 

the seaside, I try to visit all three cities because each has its own

 unique atmosphere.

 


Gdynia is very quiet, but it has many attractions and you can 

get everywhere quickly. My favorite place there is the beach.

Even in the season, there is not a huge crowd there and you 

can soak up the sea while sitting or walking around. We have 

a sidewalk or a sandy and rocky shore at our disposal.

 As you know, I managed to be there this year and thanks to a 

tip from one of you, I managed to find a new walking route. 

Yes, I confirm, it is possible to get from Gdynia to Sopot by walk

ing along the seashore. The distance is about 10 km, but the 

sand slows you down a lot, so it is an incredibly long trip full of 

surprises. There are moments when you can only go into the 

outflow ;) When walking barefoot, you have to be careful about

 the pebbles, of which there are a lot there. This has advantage

s because there are amber spots. I even managed to find a 

few small ones. There are parts where you are reminded of 

Croatia because there are only pebbles. As you approach 

Sopot, the view is breathtaking. Huge cliffs that you can touch 

and admire from below. Near the city there is a beautiful forest

 park leading to the pier. This time I also managed to go to the 

Forest Opera and attend a rehearsal before the evening 

concert. I absorbed classical music with all my being 

surrounded by greenery. "Lato" fit this atmosphere perfectly. 

Therefore, another goal has been entered into the concert 

calendar. I love Sopot especially in the off-season, so I often go

 there in winter. Then you can enjoy a walk on the pier or 

under it when the tide is low ;)

For me, Gdańsk is primarily about architecture. You know that 

I love Gothic, and you can fully enjoy it there. There are my 

favorite gems beautifully integrated into modern buildings, 

which, however, retain the medieval style. This is something 

I miss very much in Wawa.

If you are planning a holiday, I recommend accommodation in 

Gdynia, walks in Sopot and sightseeing in Gdańsk. 

The modern Solidarity museum is impressive. In the Artus 

manor you can touch the exhibits, which is an amazing 

experience for me. The Amber Museum enchants with the 

beauty of intricate craftsmanship. New Year's Eve is a great 

experience there. Especially with fireworks on the beach. 

The sea in winter is magical.

Spain- Valencia and Alicante

 My first visit to Spain surprised me very much. 

 The flight over the mountains and seas enchanted me, 

and the landing in Valencia took my breath away. The beautiful,

 modern architecture of the City of Arts and Science complex, 

called the District of the Future, is even more impressive from a

bove. The colors and design are very organic and almost 

cosmic. In one word, beautiful. 

 



I wouldn't be myself without visiting old churches, including 

the cathedral, where, according to legend, the Holy Grail is 

located. The Cathedral of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin

 Mary in Valencia, dating back to 1238, stands in the place of a

 mosque located on the site of a Gothic building, so it mixes 

different styles. And of course it is located in a place of power 

like all Gothic cathedrals. When I got there, bells were ringing 

everywhere. Such a symbolic and lovely greeting.

 





For me, the whole area was an amazing mix of east and west. 

Earth and Mars landscapes with amazing soil color. There is 

everything there, maybe even mountains, deserts and lakes. 

I was enchanted by the heather-colored salt lake and the park,

 which is older than Poland. Huge palm trees and remains of 

Arab architecture. 

 





For me, Alicante is primarily a castle towering over the city, 

narrow streets and palm trees. Everything in ocher and 

lapis lazuli. A captivating mix. Even residential houses 

expanded over generations without any plan are charming 

in their own way, constituting a mosaic of colors. Benches built

 into the walls of houses and covered with patterned blue and 

white tiles. Church domes are covered with cornflower blue 

tiles.

 



And to top it all off, beautiful beaches and sun. 

Hiszpania- Valencia i Alicante

 Moja pierwsza wizyta w Hiszpanii bardzo mnie zaskoczyła. 

 

Lot ponad górami i morzami mnie oczarował, a lądowanie w Valencii zaparło dech w piersiach. Piękna, nowoczesna architektura kompleksu Miasta Sztuki i Nauki zwanego Dzielnicą Przyszłości z góry robi jeszcze bardziej niesamowite wrażenie. Kolorystyka i design są bardzo organiczne oraz niemal kosmiczne. Jednym słowem śliczne. 

 

Nie była bym sobą nie odwiedzając starych kościołów, w tym katedry, gdzie według legendy znajduje się Święty Graal. Katedra Wniebowzięcia Najświętszej Maryi Panny w Walencji datowana na 1238 rok stoi w miejscu meczetu umieszczonego na miejscu budowli gotyckiej więc miesza ze sobą różne style. I oczywiście znajduje się w miejscu mocy jak wszystkie katedry gotyckie. Kiedy tam dotarłam wszędzie rozbrzmiewały dzwony. Takie symboliczne i urocze powitanie.

 

Dla mnie cała okolica była niesamowitą mieszanką wschodu i zachodu. Krajobrazów ziemskich i marsowych z niesamowitym kolorem gleby. Jest tam wszystko, może i góry, pustynie i jeziora. Oczarowało mnie słone jezioro w kolorze wrzosowym oraz park starszy niż Polska. Ogromne palmy i pozostałości architektury arabskiej. 

 

Alicante to dla mnie przede wszystkim zamek górujący nad miastem oraz wąskie uliczki i palmy. Wszystko w kolorze ochry i lapis lazuli. Urzekająca mieszanka. Nawet domy mieszkalne rozbudowywane przez pokolenia bez jakiegokolwiek planu są na swój sposób urocze stanowiąc mozaikę kolorów. Ławeczki wbudowane w ściany domów i pokryte wzorzystymi kafelkami biało-niebieskimi. Na kościołach kopuły pokryte chabrowymi kafelkami.

 

A do tego wszystkiego przepiękne plaże i słońce.

Jak powstrzymać wypadanie włosów?

 Jak powstrzymać wypadanie włosów?

 

Wypadanie włosów możemy podzielić na dwie grupy: 

-włosy wypadające z cebulkami 

-włosy łamiące się na długościach i końcach. 

Jak je rozpoznać? 

Włosy wypadające z cebulkami na końcu mają lekkie zgrubienie. Wyczujecie je po palcami przeciągając włos pomiędzy opuszkami. Taki włos będzie zazwyczaj odpowiadał całej długości waszych włosów. Zazwyczaj powodem jest brak równowagi hormonalnej (tarczyca), geny, stres lub nieodpowiedni sposób odżywiania.

Drugi rodzaj wypadania to łamanie się włókna włosa. Najczęstszym powodem jest osłabiona struktura włókna włosa spowodowana nieodpowiednią pielęgnacją lub zabiegami kosmetycznymi. Kiedy łuski włosów pozostają otwarte struktura jest osłabiona i dochodzi do wypłukiwania substancji znajdujących się we wnętrzu włosa (keratyna). Powoduje to powstanie mikrootworów (gąbka), które narażają włos na uszkodzenia mechaniczne np: poprzez rozczesywanie mokrych włosów.

 Włosy wypadające z cebulkami należy ratować tam gdzie pojawia się problem, czyli w skórze włosów. 

Najlepiej sprawdzają się wcierki, ampułki zapobiegające wypadaniu oraz biotyna. Należy uzbroić się w cierpliwość bo efekty zaczną być widoczne po 2-3 miesiącach w postaci odrastających małych włosków.

 Włosy łamiące się wymagają odpowiedniej opieki przy pomocy kosmetyków regenerujących i odbudowujących. 

Bardzo dobrym rozwiązaniem jest Cement Kerastase ponieważ działa bardzo silnie i jest w stanie zregenerować nawet bardzo uszkodzone włókno włosa. Zazwyczaj efekt widoczny jest już po pierwszej aplikacji ale na całkowitą odbudowę należy zaczekać około miesiąca.
